Data collected

Through the contact forms on the individual venue and article pages and on the Contact page, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), and any optional notes (preferred period, estimated budget, specific requests) freely entered by the user.

Forms are technically handled through Formspree, a service that receives the data entered in the form and forwards it by email to Luca Sattin, without publishing it online. Formspree Inc. is based in the United States: the data transfer takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can read Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to respond to the information or proposal request received. It is not used for generic marketing purposes and is not added to any newsletter mailing list.

If you give the optional authorization, included in some forms or requested later by email, your request is passed on to a partner wedding & event agency in Italy, selected for its expertise, so it can contact you with a proposal. In this case, the partner processes your data as an independent controller, solely to respond to your request, and will provide you with its own privacy notice at first contact. It only receives the data necessary for that specific request. If you don't give this authorization, your data remains processed only by Luxury Travel Italia to respond to your request. You can withdraw this authorization at any time by writing to the address given in the Your Rights section.

Legal basis

Consent of the data subject, expressed through the mandatory checkbox present on every form (acknowledgment of this notice), to be selected before submission (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Sharing your data with a commercial partner, when it happens, is based on a further, separate consent, optional and not pre-selected, collected in the form or by email before any transfer.

Data retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, unless otherwise agreed with the data subject, deleted within 30 days of the last contact.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to experience@luxurytravelitalia.it.

Cookies and traffic analysis

The site does not use profiling cookies or third-party advertising cookies. It uses Google Tag Manager, which manages the activation of analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, used to understand, in aggregate form, which content is read the most.

The site uses Google's advanced consent mode ("Consent Mode v2"). In practice: on your first visit, before making any choice, these tools may send Google anonymous, aggregated signals, without cookies or personal identifiers, used only for overall statistical estimates. Actual measurement cookies (the ones that allow the same visitor's visits to be recognized over time) are only set after your explicit consent, given through the banner shown on your first visit: you can accept or decline at any time, and your choice remains valid for future visits. If other tools are activated through Google Tag Manager in the future (e.g. for advertising campaigns), this section will be updated to list them.
